  • Providing technical support and 30-day post-delivery maintenance.
  • Invoicing and payment processing via Razorpay/Stripe.
  • Communicating via official channels (WhatsApp/Email).

03 Data Retention

We retain collected information for as long as necessary to provide you with your requested service. For project-related data, we typically hold backups and source code history for a minimum of 12 months post-delivery to ensure we can provide ongoing support, unless you request immediate deletion upon project completion.

04 International Transfers

NoCorps is based in India, but we work with clients in the UK, USA, and globally. Your information may be stored and processed in India or on cloud infrastructure (leveraging AWS, Firebase, or Vercel) which may be located in different regions. By using our services, you consent to the transfer of information to countries outside of your country of residence.

05 Messaging & Meta

As specialists in WhatsApp Business API and Meta integrations, we may process messaging data as part of the systems we build for you. When interacting with NoCorps via WhatsApp, your communication is also subject to Meta’s privacy policies. We ensure that any automated systems we build for you adhere to strict data privacy standards.

06 Cookie Policy

We use "cookies" to collect information about you and your activity across our site. A cookie is a small piece of data that our website stores on your computer, and accesses each time you visit, so we can understand how you use our site. This helps us serve you content based on preferences you have specified.
