By using NoCorps' services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before starting a project.
NoCorps is a professional software development studio based in India. We provide custom software, automation, and design services directly to our clients. While we strive for excellence, we do not guarantee that our services will meet all of your requirements or that the software will be error-free.
Our standard billing model involves a 50% upfront deposit and 50% on project delivery. Work will only commence once the deposit is received.
Upon receipt of full payment, NoCorps transfers 100% of the ownership of the custom source code and design assets to the client. We reserve the right to showcase the completed work in our portfolio unless a specific Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) prevents us from doing so.
We respect your business secrets. Any information shared with NoCorps during the development process is treated as strictly confidential. We are happy to sign standard NDAs before discussing technical specifics.
Every project includes 30 days of free technical support post-delivery to fix any bugs or deployment issues. Subsequent updates or feature additions will be quoted separately.
NoCorps shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our software or services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
